Your office staff is very personable and helpful. I do enjoy the layout, space, and appliances of apt. I'm a traveler and this is the nicest complex I have lived in over the last 4 cities.

The fact that the apartment is energy efficient is a plus. The fact that we have our own police and a gated community makes us feel very safe. Love to be part of the community get togethers. Being in our late 70’s we do not go out much after dark but it’s a short trip to the clubhouse to enjoy the evenings.

I love living here. This is an incredibly well maintained community, and you will not find a more friendly, helpful and professional staff anywhere - hands down. So many meaningful amenities that I appreciate and use. This is as close to a resort feel you can find in Hammond. Well done all the way around!

We are elderly and appreciate our apartment and the entire complex as our home. Not just a rental place but our home. We love living here and hope we can remain for a long time.

I have lived at The Waters at Hammond for over two years and have loved my time here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and all of the residents make me feel at home. The community is very well kept and safe. I love calling The Waters at Hammond my home!
