Corina is Great

I’ve had such a great experience with Corina at the Apartments at Andover! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. Whether I had questions about the leasing process or general concerns, she always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Her communication is outstanding—she’s quick to respond, always friendly, and truly makes you feel valued. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the community and works hard to create a... positive living experience for everyone.

I highly recommend working with her if you're considering moving to Apartments at Andover!

Amazing support

I moved to this building about a month ago and even though some of the features were not installed yet, property manager (Corina) accommodated ne on installation of those according to my schedule. Some minor problems with electrical appliances were resolved in a timely manner. Location of the property 0.5 miles from the running trail on the levee and a couple of blocks from the Oschner Hospital main campus were features considered when making my decision. Very quiet neighborhood but nearby to... the thriving City of New Orleans are also to consider. Very safe and cozy neighborhood adds to the convenience.

Beautiful apartments

These apartments are absolutely beautiful. Newly built with modern floor plans. I love everything about them. Communication with Ms Corina was amazing and timely. She treats everyone like family!

This place is owned by the same people who own Lafriniere Living and management, Corina, is very rude, unprofessional and racist. The conditions of the property will go down over time and don’t expect effective communication when you need help or maintenance is you aren’t white or Hispanic.

Brand new and very nice

Definitely a place to live, I went for a tour and they are beautiful.
The manager was amazing and super sweet
Can’t wait to move here
