Campion at Lafayette : INCLUSIVE Smart Homes

Campion is located right on pinhook, which is easily one of the most dangerous roads in the city. You will sit there for five plus minutes before you hit your gas to hardly make. If it wasn't for the property being on pinhook and many people getting there cars broken into at night I would give this place five stars. The recently put in a gate system which is nice, but it stays open for a long time allowing many other cars to follow. When our cars were broken into Campion wasn't worried.

Having your dog as a student is a next level luxury. Don’t have a dog? Just being able to walk to the dog park and see the other dogs just brightens your day. However, my favorite part is the pool. You really can’t find another pool like this one. I always like to picture myself on vacation when i’m at the pool.

This complex is still under construction being open for an neuter year. This is not a secure gated facility, and there have been several burglaries. There are no cameras and no concerns for the safety of their tenants. The management is a joke. They literally turn off lights and hide from tenants with complaints. They have signed new leases for the upcoming year despite units still being under construction. The right thing would have been to ensure that current tenants were prioritized and not... sign new tenants without having the available lodging. Instead, their solution is to move current tenants to a hotel, giving less than 24 hr notice for those tenants to vacate. They do not even deserve one star. Read More
