Please save yourself the trouble
Our year at this complex has been hell on earth. They forced us to move out of our unit 2 months after moving in for remodeling. Our first unit had a soldier fly infestation and was a poor excuse for a “livable” apartment. Someone got jumped right outside of our unit. Hot water didn’t work. They shut the AC off in our building in the middle of summer despite us still living there. Our new unit was disgusting, mold in the bathroom that maintenance never cleaned despite promising to. Our new unit... flooded within a month of moving in. The gates never work. Both units have extreme gnat infestations—no amount of cleaning helps. Roaches randomly appear every couple of months. Ant problems, spider problems. I honestly can’t even remember everything horrible that happened at this complex because it was so horrific. The fine print in the lease traps you in the contract in every possible way. Please, save yourself the nightmare of living here. The only good thing about this place is the front office workers (not managers)—they’re all amazing and so sweet.
