My experience has been ok so far. It’s a nice, safe and friendly environment! The plus side of it being located in the Mid City area is its minutes away from City Park.

I love the apartment and the building. The amenities and location are great. The gym and pool are nice, and the apartments are spacious. The management is also commendable. However, the washers and dryers are outdated and should be replaced. They need more cameras, and they do not enforce policies, so people get away with bad behavior like leaving trash. Sometimes, maintenance is slow.

I like living here, people and managers are friendly, helpful.. it’s also near city Park which I frequent every day. There are also nearby restaurants, just a few steps away.
