This is a wonderful place to live with many fun events. Downside is that maintenance is often slow to fix issues and washers are always broken.

I appreciate the safety and attention that management gives to taking care of their residents and community in general.

I very much enjoy the many amenities that are provided— especially secured parking, a secured package room, and the general appearance of the property itself.

The residents and staff no one another and very much value an open line of communication.

I’ve been here since 2011 and don’t plan to live anywhere else in New Orleans!

Quiet and relaxing in your home . Some of the residents are super sweet while others are a little too nosey! Parking could be a little stressful. Doing laundry is even more stressful! Machines always broke

Pleased with my apartment. Love it. Quiet for most part. Had some maintenance issues that staff repaired and are still working on. Most washing machines are still not repaired or replaced. Amenities and staff are great.
