The only issues are the unorganized package room and the cart being missed all the time!

From tour to move-in, it was a wonderful experience. Everybody that lives here is super friendly ??. Love the staff. I wake up to the most beautiful view a girl could ask for and end the day with a breathtaking view of city park at sunset. Fishing right out the building is a blessing in itself. I absolutely love it here ??

Pre-move in communication was inadequate and confusing. My move-in day was awful as it was obvious that no cleaning or preparation of the apartment was done. Post move-in communications with the leasing office has been inconsistent, mostly rude and no follow through on verbal guarantees made to complete repairs. The hallway often smells horrible with heavy pet odors. I have not received notification of nor seen a pest control technician on property and my apartment is plagued with gnats and... random roaches. I do not enjoy interacting with the leasing agent in-person or via email because she is very unprofessional.

So far so good! Staff has been very attentive and helpful. When requesting maintenance they got to it quickly. We are still very new residents but I’m enjoying myself so far
