They house sex offenders

Alicia and Christina house registered sex offenders in these apartments and do not notify the other tenants. Ibwas assaulted by one. Christina, who is the stupid and incompetent general manager of the building ownership, told me she and the business have no responsibility for that. If you live here, you will be assaulted, too, and Christina will look at you with her dead, beady eyes, and tell you it was your fault, not hers. She should be in jail for assisting so much crime and for just being an... evil old lady.

Anyway, renting anywhere else is safer. Hell, the street is safer.

This is a great place to live. I have been here over a year and I love it more each day. Alicia the manager is the best. She really cares about her tenants. The area and the view is amazing. We have the bayou and City Park. Lots of great places to eat! I made the best decision coming here and trust me you will too. This is my home sweet home

I have been here one week. I do feel that this is a good place to live; However, I have not been here long enough to Refer anyone else to residency here. This will change as I’ve been here longer.

My wall full of windows facing city park is the best thing to wake up to in the morning. I get to watch the ducks and geese drift across the canal.
