Let's start with the park like setting the apartments sit on. Then lets go inside the leasing office for in my opinion the reason you should call this place home. Mrs. Nelson the Leasing Agent at the Filmore Parc Apartments is the kindest most professional person I've ever encountered while searching for an apartment in New Orleans. The Units are spacious and clean. the common areas are effectively maintained. It's not uncommon to see cleaning crews sweeping and mopping the exterior steps.... The residents at the Filmore Parc Apartments have something rarely found in a large rental complex, most if not all. Show pride in calling the Filmore Parc apartments home. From the outside looking in you would think the Filmore Parc was a condominium complex with a well involved Home Owners Association because it looks the part. Cheapest rent for a two bedroom I've ever came across , the are so nice and spacious very comfortable . Absolutely amazing !
