Sad because it has potential

The apartments are very spacious with large balconies, plenty of parking, and near the interstate, but the goodness stops there. Cars are constantly broken into. My neighbor was carjacked. You can smell the trash when you walk out of your door. For some reason, they do not pay their bills, so the sanitation companies don't pick up the trash. Maintenance NEVER fixes anything. When you question maintenance, they blame the office. Asked the office they blame maintenance. I had several issues... with my apartment that wasn't addressed in over a year. YES!!! I said a year. It's just not a safe nor clean place to live. And it's sad because they have really good residents that live there that deserve better.

JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

This a very horrible place to move things break all the time and nothing gets fixed. The bathroom has been flooding for months now and still has not been fixed, a light has been broken for over a year and still has not been fixed. There are also car break ins and things are also stolen out of my fenced patio. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to stay!!! I can't wait to move!!!!

Horrible

The office doesn’t care, maintenance shows up when they feel like coming. They half fix everything on the unit! Will move soon as the least is up.

NASTY! NASTY! NASTY!

I haven’t stayed in these apartments more than 30 days however, My initial move in was horrible. Upon moving in I spotted a few roaches which lead to an infestation. The carpet was stained as if they never cleaned it. My child and spouse had mite bites that covered their entire back and arms. I called the apartment manager to get the carpet pulled up and replaced but, was informed they couldn’t Do it and if I wanted my deposit back was the only option they had to offer .. the manager Bruce was... upset that I had a problem with the condition of the apartment.. Today 11/03/2018 I got home 5after 5pm went into the kitchen upon entering I smell an unfamiliar displeasing smell coming from the kitchen sink... slum, 1000 roach eggs, and nastiest all over the floor. I tried calling the emergency maintenance line which nobody ever answered I got the voicemail on the first ring. This Place is the nastiest I promise u!! Horrible!!
