The staff is very nice. It is an older apartment so normal wear and tear comes with it. Walls are very thin but a nice affordable place near the lake.

Amenities are great! Not a far commute from the places I need to be. Love that they are pet friendly. The pet rent is also very affordable. Early bird leasing prices are amazing, would definitely lease again.

The only plus is there’s a kitchen and I live on campus, other than that there’s constant issues, even with the kitchen. There are then issues with getting things fixed as well

Privateer Place is a great community to reside in. The appliances are not as new as other apartments, but being able to have my own living space and living comfortably without major issues is amazing.
