Colonial Plaza is my favorite place to live! The area is amazing for my family to take walks. The apartments are off the beaten path but still near every thing you can imagine.

I enjoy living here nice and quiet. Manager is nice and understanding and the property is always clean. The neighbors are respectful to each other this is a great place to live.

I've been living here since 2022 and I have had no issues. When I put in my maintenance work orders it's taken care of the next day. Property grounds are kept clean. UL Coleman properties are the best

I enjoy the environment. Quiet place to walk my dogs. The office staff is always very friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
