DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

This is the WORST apartments to live in. The rent does not add up to the service or the accommodations. They are like months behind on repairs. There is mold in the restrooms. The plumbing- is unreliable, prepare to take cold showers in the winter. The AC literally didn't work in any of the buildings on my side of the property all summer long. The apartment manager is lazy and just plan rude. For example, she called me over a month ago to argue with me about moving things from the balcony,... saying that someone would be working on it by the next day, it has been over 6 weeks and no one has touched the balcony.

Please do yourself a favor and do not move here!

terrible!!!!

complex is infested with rats living in the walls. New owners are not helpful when it comes to issues. I have experience multiple rats in my unit. When brought to management attention, the only response I have been giving is ACE pest control will come out to treat pest problem. I have had an total of 6 rats in my unit. At one point I could hear rats in the walls. I have been forced to leave my home due to rats. The apartment complex hasn't been aggressive in treating the pest problem. I have... had to come out my pocket to buy traps and rat poison to try to get rid of the pest. I have made multiple complaints to management and owners of complex nothing drastic has been done. The owners still expect you to pay rent at a place you cant even stay because of pest. Rats in the walls, rats chewing through the walls. My experience has been hell !!!

Horrible

We have been having issues since day 1. Water leaking .... they finally got it taken care of but now water is leaking in my living room from under the hardwood floors and nobody will do anything . I hate it here

Save your money and go somewhere else!

Management is ridiculous and they charge you for an existing problem that was here before I even moved it.
