New to area and I was very surprised......................

6 months ago, I called the complex after only viewing online and spoke with Brooksie. I told her I needed to be moved in 2 weeks due to my job. She told me what she had, what I needed to pay and the deadline in order to meet my needs. All was done in 2 weeks.. Now..... the move in process.... Not all apartments are perfect BUT she was on her job and did the best she could. I did a check in list and she notified me that they were in the process of hiring a new maintenance guy and all of... my issues would be fixed when he started in about 2 weeks. I had a long list so she asked me if there was anything pressing to be fixed ASAP. I told her what I needed that day and it was done the next day. About 2 months later, EVERYTHING was fixed. I have experienced the flood area BUT the office WARNED US ALL by email stating a storm was coming and where we DID NOT NEED TO PARK OUR CARS... Knowing where the location is, I understand the flooding and I am grateful there is sufficient parking so there is no damage to vehicles. No apartment is perfect but when the Office Management tries to make it right, allow them to. I appreciate Brooksie for always assisting me when I call because I called A LOT with repetitive questions before I actually moved. Please don't let negative reviews sway your move here. The flooding issue is in the works of a new draining system so that should be awesome. Sometimes people don't always tell the entire truth or have patience when issues arrive.
