Omg this place is disgusting , it may look good on the outside but run far away from this place PLEASE ‘ especially the “k” area . They have a rat problem and no one is trying to fix the problem . They have rat traps outside of the apartments but they don’t tell you anything about the rat problem they let you see for yourself just to get your money . It’s rats running all around those apartments . They also attach so many fees to the rent you’ll be paying so much more after the first 2 months .... Smh Read More

I moved on 5/19/2021 signed a 14 month lease which is just about up. I was never gave the opportunity of seeing my unit before my move in. The staff is unprofessional and will stick you in these filthy apartments with ease. The rates change each month and they'll add all sort of fees for things you don't even get. valet trash sits at the front door for days. My apartment came with roaches and scabies. My unit was so dirty the day I walked in. Do not lease here.

No one answers the phone regardless of what time it is. So many fees attached to your rent that you end up paying more than what the apartment is worth. New manager and office staff are not friendly or professional.

They take a "mandatory cleaning fee" out of your deposit (not on the lease agreement) without even checking to see if your apartment was clean first. It is "standard procedure" as the front desk lady said, but is not written in writing. Bring this issue up to them sternly before starting a lease.

Other than that, the property is fine. Good value for the area.
