Terrible, terrible, terrible

It has been a mess from the start. Rent is outrageous, but the units appeared to be nice. Shortly after move in, there was mold growing everywhere. Everywhere. On the cabinets, on anything made of wood or leather. The front office was notified and they sent someone to “clean” it. Surprise, surprise, the mold returned. Someone was again sent to clean. Then problems with the AC. Then the doors had trouble closing all the way, almost as if the foundation shifted. Then there was flooding coming from… somewhere in the unit, which flooded half the apartment. Then it was found that the dryer vent wasn’t even connected. Do yourself (and your mental health) a favor and find somewhere else to live. What a waste of $20,000 for the shortest lease possible.

We want to assure you that our team has been actively addressing these concerns. The mold was identified… as surface mold due to the AC, and our crew promptly attended to it. We also addressed and resolved the AC issues on three separate occasions.

We understand that these issues can be common during humid summer months, and we strive to handle them in a timely manner. However, we regret that our initial attempts to resolve these issues did not meet your expectations.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Worse renting experience I have ever had. The management is horrible here and it is ran as if toddlers were the ones in control. The rats have taken over the ONE dumpers they have here for 100+ units (1-3 bedroom). and the parking is horrible!! If you want a parking lot you might as well find a place and park there then don’t move your car bc you’ll most likely have to park on the opposite side of the villas! There is a terrible flea issue here and even having your dogs on… flea treatment won’t prevent them from getting inside and infesting your carpet! I cannot wait to be out of my lease here! PLEASE DODGE THIS PLACE! it may look pretty on the outside but these are the worse apartments in the thibodaux area. ALSO let’s not forget to mention how almost every resident here smokes weed and you can smell it through your walls!! or even in the parking lot! last thoughts i would never recommend this trashy place for any family or college student. OVERPRICED and they continue to throw in extra charges each month!

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you have had an unpleasant experience and would love to address these concerns with you. To help with parking we just added a new parking lot with 30 spaces. We do get our dog park treated for fleas but just like… your vet, we recommend to have your pet on a flea preventative. We employ two courtesy officers who live on site and are just a phone call away if you notice any less than desirable smells.

As always our office is open six days a week and ready to help you with any problems you may encounter, so please call or stop by.
