Terrible, terrible, terrible
It has been a mess from the start. Rent is outrageous, but the units appeared to be nice. Shortly after move in, there was mold growing everywhere. Everywhere. On the cabinets, on anything made of wood or leather. The front office was notified and they sent someone to “clean” it. Surprise, surprise, the mold returned. Someone was again sent to clean. Then problems with the AC. Then the doors had trouble closing all the way, almost as if the foundation shifted. Then there was flooding coming from... somewhere in the unit, which flooded half the apartment. Then it was found that the dryer vent wasn’t even connected. Do yourself (and your mental health) a favor and find somewhere else to live. What a waste of $20,000 for the shortest lease possible.

We want to assure you that our team has been actively addressing these concerns. The mold was identified... as surface mold due to the AC, and our crew promptly attended to it. We also addressed and resolved the AC issues on three separate occasions.
We understand that these issues can be common during humid summer months, and we strive to handle them in a timely manner. However, we regret that our initial attempts to resolve these issues did not meet your expectations.
