Belmere Luxury Apartments

There is nothing luxury about this place. Constantly having to call with issues and the same things break over and over. The new management over the last few months is horrible with no people skills. The trash bin has been broken for almost 8 months now and we have this dumpster in the parking lot which over fills all the time with trash on the ground, huge eye sore. The pond looks beautiful in the pictures from the website but is only a big mud hole. For the amount you pay for these “luxury”... apartments you would expect better quality and friendlier office personnel. Lee mas

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, this is it! Staff is very friendly and if I ever have a maintenance problem, I have someone at my door in less then 10 min! I was working with Ms. Trudy and she went above and beyond to help with the step to become a renter here.

This place is not safe. They allow wife beaters and child abusers and people with criminal records to live there.someone needs to contact the head office about this. This is illegal.

I absolutely love my apartment complex. Sometimes people here get too much into each other's business because we all became family during our summer pool days. Other than the Maintence of this apartment is wonderful ! The apartments are def worth what we pay but we could use a little more space. Other than that the location is fabulous and we love the activities they put on for the kids. ???????? Desiree was the best thing to happen to management here.
