So far so good. Property manager is nice and helpful. Maintenance staff is nice. Neighbors are friendly and stay to themselves. The only issue is the trash area is always a mess and disgusting. That would be my only complaint.

A peaceful place to live, clean, organized. We have no problems with noise or any other type of nuisance. It is a very well maintained property, maintenance responds in a timely manner and they do an excellent job. Sometimes we have problems with Amazon and Fedex orders disappearing. What could require special attention from the administration in this regard, placing cameras on the property or creating a safer delivery location.

So far so good ! Chestnut place is quite and comfortable. In a area that's tucked away from all of the noise, yet its not a far drive to the local shops and city.

Overall, its a good experience with less concerning issues. However, I feel like there is room to improve especially when it comes to work orders. For example, I submitted a work order to replace the light hanging above the dining table a couple of months ago, but till this day no response has been made. The light I currently have looks loose (risky) and seems like its going to drop anytime. Another thing, Is the carpet in my apartment, I have lived here for over five years and have seen... tenants leave and have the carpets replaced to wood floor. I requested for my carpet to be replaced with wood floor but no response as well since then.

One last issue is about packages, I have lost two packages since I lived here with no trace.
