So far so good. Neighbors are nice and friendly and respectful. It’s quiet for the most part. Just wish there was more washer and dryers on the first floor but other than that it’s been good.

I like living here, it's a quiet condominium, the children can play. My only dissatisfaction is the orders that we can't receive here because of thefts.

Been here many years ! I’ve never had any issues . Maintenance always comes quickly if we have had any problems . The office has been accommodating to our needs .

Too many roaches.
Bad insulation.
Floor is too noisy.
Shower has no pressure.
Does not have a intercom.
Office says opened but is very difficult to find someone there.

I recommend everyone to put 12 ampoules of PetArmor for dogs ( red box) inside a windex and spray it for all the apartment baseboard.
