Management needs improvement
Only lived here for a few weeks and it’s clear that the property manager is in way over his head. He’s not good at his job and lies to residents to get them off his back.

Come for the location, leave because of management!
I know 3 people now who left specifically because the management/property manager is so bad and constantly lies to us. I’ve lived here for 2 years and am not renewing my lease because I can’t handle another year of this manager. The residents have a group chat just to talk about how bad the manager is.

I lived here for the past 8 years since the building was built and loved the location. Management was nice to me the entire time.

Recently moved in and couldn’t be bang happier with my experience! Management has been super helpful and everyone has been super friendly. Exciting to settle in and explore what Fenway has to offer!

This place is a nightmare.
Building needs new management. I’m being put in a hotel for a month because someone else’s water pipes broke and I cant get any update from the property manager at all. I have to knock on my neighbors doors and hope they know anything.
