Lies and Terrible Service.
They pay tenants to give positive reviews. Unprofessional is putting it lightly. As I waited for my tour that never happened several tenants were approaching the desk for missing packages, packages being sent to the wrong building, and even worse there was a tenant getting several months of bills for his service dog and he got cuts on his and the dog's feet from staples sticking out of the carpet. This is a poorly managed and unprofessional company for sure. They let you schedule online through... a virtual assistant who is not a real person nor shows accurate availability. I scheduled a tour for 4 pm because the website said it was available. Then I get an email saying they only have 5pm available, mind you I had already arranged to leave work early so I said whatever 5pm is fine. Then I get there (20 minutes early too), they bounce me between several people until they finally sign me in. The girl at the desk said somebody would be right with me. Then 5pm rolls by, still nobody checks on me. Then it's 5:20pm and finally someone tells me they don't do tours after 4:30 pm despite their virtual assistant rescheduling me and confirming me for 5:00pm. This isn't even the worst part.
