Amenities include concierge service, exercise room, enclosed mail room, dry cleaning drop-off, and more. The management company,... Abbey Residential, has always been responsive and professional in dealing with any of the very few issues that have arisen during our three years in the building.

Highly recommended! My apartment is always warm in the summer, even long after the sun has gone down. The "advanced central air system" consists of 2 vents and a thermostat that looks like it's from the 70s. Furthermore, tenants get charged by the fan speed and duration used, plus a base fee which is incurred whether you use the system or not for that month. HVAC charges were not made clear prior to leasing.
