All good except some issues with internet access at the fitness center and the fitness equipment issues. Told so many times to management to supply missing parts (a smit machine for example), and some weights, no progress so far. Other residents also complained, nothing.
Barking dogs during the day. I hope management should talk to owners to do not leave their dogs home alone, sad to hear as dogs screaming...

A wonderful place to live! The amenities are wonderful and well designed. It is a quick walk to the commuter rail! If you are looking for an apartment in the city, but want space, this is the place to go.

Amenities are awesome and the few neighbors I have met are friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the events that are hosted by Lantera for free to promote community engagement.

The layout and amenities of the apartment itself are good value, but the leasing experience was not very smooth. We wish the leasing office is more responsive and transparent.
