Despite the gorgeous neighborhood, management & leasing office & owners make the living experience terrible.As they don’t live in the building they don’t know and don’t care how much noise they created due to their everlasting garage&lobby projects that took years without proper communication. These projects led to mice problem that they didn’t act on, as well. It’s really terrible when you pay fortune and all you experience is noise and pests. There is little to no communication from leasing... office and it’s generally very RUDE! Some people in the leasing office act like they are the boss and they can fight with residents instead of improving resident experience (which is literally their job). Management never hires enough people for maintenance so you always wait for weeks for any problem even though they promise for only 1 day-wait to fix the problem.
Many more problems but not enough space here… don’t check 5 star comments as they are put to get gift cards… not reflecting reality!

Fabulous experience with maintenance. Submit a request and it is completed well before 24 hours. Front desk staff are always so inviting and welcoming, I look forward to seeing them when I come home after a long work day. Community areas are always clean and in good condition. Community members are so friendly.
