Avoid if You Value Flexibility and Efficiency

I’ve had a frustrating experience living at Halstead Providence. The electric cooktop in the apartment is small and extremely slow, making cooking a hassle. More concerning, however, is the management’s rigid policies. I needed to sublease my unit while traveling, but they did not allow it. Additionally, I informed them four months in advance that I planned to move out just 12 days before my lease ended, yet they still required me to pay rent through the very last day. There was no flexibility... or consideration, even with ample notice. If you’re looking for an apartment with reasonable policies and better amenities, I’d suggest looking elsewhere

I just moved in this week! My unit was clean with everything working. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't hear my neighbors at all. Great amenities too.
