The experiences living at The Alyx compared to other luxury apartments in the area that I toured initially don't leave a lasting first impression and I'm certainly grateful and satisfied with the choice made.

Incredibly well thought out and modern design that is convenient to all things Seaport. Relatively quiet side road to the bustling Seaport Blvd.

After touring various apartments in Seaport, the Alyx was the only apartment that had exceptional professionalism, hospitality, and flexibility. From walking in for a tour, to moving in, to living here, I always felt warm and welcomed. It is a convenient space to live, park a car, commute, host, etc. and I could not be happier with my decision. Also, it was the only building that was happy to work with me and help me as well!

Lived in S. Boston for 9 years but this is the Seaport which has a known reputation.
The Alyx in the Seaport lives up to that reputation and I would presume people in this area would know which bldgs hold up better than others.
