After a few months of residency, we are so happy that we decided to call the Brookside Apartments home. The Brookside Apartments provide a convenient location by being close to the highway while still maintaining a peaceful environment. The Brookside Apartments are an excellent place to call home. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the amenities are impressive, featuring a small gym, fire pit, grills, basketball courts, picnic tables, and a playground. The community is safe and quiet. The application process is straightforward, enhanced by an online portal for easy rent payments and maintenance requests. Upon move-in, the unit was immaculate, featuring modern design elements like a granite island and stainless steel... appliances. The balcony and in-unit laundry are great perks.

There’s ample parking, and the well-maintained grounds add to the appeal. Community events, such as visits from an ice cream truck for all residents, foster a strong sense of belonging. With so much to offer, Brookside Apartments is certainly a worthy investment. Read More

The apartments are very nice, well maintained. The staff will work with you with any concerns. Well insulated, in the 4 years I’ve been here I’ve maybe used my heat 3 times. Very quiet! Awesome that they allow pets. Angie that works in the leasing office is great. Definitely 5 stars for me.

I have absolutely loved living at the Brookside. The property is quiet and well maintained. The units are beautiful and have amazing amenities, including granite countertops, spacious rooms, balconies and even a fire pit outside. I also enjoy the gym, which is quite convenient when I am not running around the scenic area or venturing to the nearby rail trail! The location is also incredibly convenient, 10 minutes from a few groceries stores and downtown Shrewsbury. Highly recommend!!

We've been living at Brookside Apartments for almost two months now, and we're very happy with our decision to move here. The location is super convenient, close to many places we need to go, and we really appreciate the privacy and cleanliness of the complex. It's also a great community with friendly people, making it a comfortable place to call home.
