They should have adult nights at the pool. When I first moved here, we had trash pick up. I wish we still have that. And there are not enough handicap spots

Mail is frequently stolen and management takes no accountability for the way we have to live. They have no cameras at all so no one will ever get fined. It’s $50 a day or something for trash left in the hallway, yet management will never know who did it. People constantly park in illegal ways and nothing is done. Nothing is ever accomplished by the staff, so many times we asked the management to do things for us or they said they would do things for us and never did them until we contacted the... upper management. There was rotting trash left in the stairwell right outside our apartment and I contacted staff 4 separate times, once over the phone, then in email, then in person twice. It really seems like staff does not care at all about the conditions we have to live in. I would not recommend anyone to live here with the kind of care we tenants receive. The mail room is so tiny and never organized, it’s ridiculous.
