Mice, mold, drugs
The appliances are 26 years OLD and in rough shape. There are mice, drug dealers/users in abundance. Fire doors don't close properly and many common area lights are broken. There's pot and cigarette smoke inside almost daily. It has taken us 7 months to de-mold and sanitize from the mouse droppings which have permeated just about everything.

Poor management/ No on call or maintenance AT All
Do NOT RENT! they only want your money! The apartments are extremely small, they don’t fix ANYTHING and there’s NO maintenance. They do not complete Nobody work orders AT ALL. So far everybody is moving out because this place is a dumb! I recommend you pay rent at a place that’s worth renting. These apartments are going down hill BAD!!! And The Rent is way to HIGH for these type of units

living here now and this place sucks!! loud neighbors, drug use and deals, maintenance goes in your apartment without even notifying you.
