I have lived in Bancroft for just over a month and my experience with them has vastly exceeded my (already high) expectations.
Some highlights:
- Leasing staff are friendly and professional
- Service requests are attended to in a very timely manner - this saves quite a bit of headache associated with any issues that may arise in the apartment
- Communal areas are well-maintained and clean
- Gym is well-equipped
