Quiet community with nice amenities such as a community room for residents to work and enjoy for events and a large fitness center. It has parking and dog park too!

My fiancé and I love living at Station 117! The complex is safe, you don't hear any of the street traffic and the unit itself is great. We love using the amenities, especially the pool and outdoor space in the warmer months. The gym and common area are awesome too!

The end of this month will mark 4 years I’ve been at home at Station 117. That alone speaks to how happy I am here. The people and dogs I’ve met, the great staff, the ongoing maintenance to keep everything looking as good as the day I moved in. I feel proud to have people visit me and enjoy the amenities.
