Clean, safe, and convenient. The staff here is amazing and quick to respond to any inconvenience. Property includes a dog park, dog washing room, pool, game rooms, fire pits, and more.

We enjoy living at station 117. Great amenities and great service staff. Conveniently located close to the train station and to downtown Franklin.

We have lived here for 2 years now and what drew us in was how dog friendly this complex is. Our dog is 90lbs and finding a place to take him was tough (he’s a very large labrador). Not only do they allow larger breeds here but they love him! Maintenance plays fetch with my dog when they come for repairs! The staff at the leasing office are so incredibly kind and efficient! We love living here.
