Very friendly and professional. Clean, secure, and beautifully maintained. They are quick to respond and go above and beyond! I felt very welcome. I moved out of state and will miss living at 226.

Exceptional apartment! The apartments are affordable for the area, especially considering how modern and new they are. High quality appliances, tall ceilings, and extremely clean. The hallways/lobby are cleaned weekly and there are cameras everywhere so it always feels safe. You never have to worry about packages being stolen as well. Added perk would be its right across from a park that is full of food trucks on the weekends.
The best part about the apartment is definitely the management. I... believe they are local so they are extremely attentive to their tenants. Maintenance requests get resolved day of and communication is always quick & crystal clear. You can easily tell the landlords care about their building + tenants. I often walk around the street and they would recognize me and even remember my name. Extremely kind people. I honestly don’t think I will ever find a management team as great as them.
226 Common definitely feels like luxury living while being affordable. The team constantly goes above and beyond. I 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area!!!
