Apartment updates should be made for all "long time" Residents like myself, which deviate from your standard policy of apartment turnover. There should be exceptions made for updates like painting, replacement of kitchen flooring, rug padding, new refrigerator, etc.
The exterior of the buildings should be kept mold free together with the removal of large spider infestations, which eventually enter our apartments. The exterior of the complex is beautiful, as long as the buildings remain clean.
