Gateway at Malden Center Apartments

I spent 6 months on the 4th floor with loud music, then I moved to the 12th floor on 20 summer street, the residence smoke all the time with no repercussion. I complaint to the office over and over and nothing was done, I made a log of the time where my bathroom and the hallway smell so bad of cigarette.There were time I didn’t want to turn my heat on because of the cigarette smell coming to my apartment. In August 2019 I was thinking about residence at Malden Gateway. I chose an one-bedroom apartment. The representative offered me to make a deposit of $175 and said that if I decide not to go ahead with lease agreement the funds will be refunded. Eventually, I preferred another property. But I didn’t get the money back. I contacted them several times and asked to let me know the code of transaction because without this code my bank can’t see the payment.
