When we applied to move here, we had a great experience with the office staff. We were warmly welcomed, and that was one of the reasons we chose this place. However, after moving in, we have been very disappointed. The service at the office has changed completely—many times, we find the door closed, the phone takes too long to be answered, and communication has been difficult. We are truly dissatisfied with this situation and hope to see improvements.
