Awful place to live. Roache and mice infested! Management is terrible, Maintance is terrible! So glad I moved!

My family and I have been living at Colonial Village Apartments for almost 9 years. We love the quiet neighborhood, and the fact that we have lots of beautifully landscaped outdoor space to take walks or play with our dog. Many neighbors have lived in our building for years, and we have been fortunate enough to develop a great rapport with them. The clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, playground and pool are wonderful amenities. The office staff is professional, super friendly and extremely helpful.... We love that we are so close to everything: bakeries, pizza shops, Dunks, Dollar Tree, Target, Mann Orchards, the Loop... it's incredibly convenient! We have been very happy here!
