Fairly nice property, sketchy tenants, and terrible management

I've lived here for a few years. Giving it two stars because the property itself was OK -- it's relatively new and I loved the convenience that this location affords, including T access, CVS, Dunkin', restaurants, and so on. In-unit washer/dryer set-up was also super convenient.

The maintenance guy is the best. He responds to work orders so fast and is always friendly/understanding. I loved him.

Over the years, this property has attracted some sketchy tenants and I myself have witnessed...
several occasions when the police was called. Hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed and vandalism was also taking place in the common area. And the absolute worst part of this is that the management did not handle this well at all. They seem to care little about the tenants' well-being and not responsive at all to their communications.

Liked but had issues

Just to clarify I have never lived here. I was going to tour and the agent was very responsive and helpful up until I figured I was sent the wrong floor plan. It was very confusing. I was disappointed because the floor plan i was sent made it look like there was a large outdoor space. When i expressed this I just ended up getting ghosted and ignored. This could be insight to how management runs but that just my experience.
