So far we are enjoying our time at halstead. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. We enjoy the walking path to access downtown. Our only complaint is the trash shoot and when the red light can be on for a day or two.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living in this apartment! The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. especially appreciate the quiet and friendly atmosphere, which makes it feel like home. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience! Just improve this points:
Areas that need... improvement. The paint on some walls, especially around window frames in the gym and common areas, is chipping, which makes the place look neglected. The outdoor grills are also in poor condition and need maintenance. Additionally, the gas lamps are not all functioning, which reduces the ambiance, especially at night. On top of that, the exterior window seals are hanging loose, affecting the building's appearance. Hot coffee in winter.

Move-in was nice and easy. The staff here have been amazing. Maintenance has been prompt and professional. I have been loving the community and all the amenities Halstead Salem Station has to offer.

The Halstead Salem Station has been a fun and welcoming place to call home the last few years. It’s quiet, clean and welcoming. Nothing can beat the commute to downtown Salem.

A beautiful, modern complex with unique amenities and very passionate staff who keep the landscaping, buildings, and atmosphere clean and positive. Easy access to historic and downtown Salem, but also public transportation, is a huge plus.
