Horrible Apartment Living

Completely agree with the other reviews. Terrible living conditions. The building is old and run down. Constant construction. We haven’t had hot water in 2 weeks. We’ve called management every day and no one has done anything. They don’t care about tenants at all. The cost for these apartments is beyond ridiculous. Do not live here.

Wish I could give 0 stars

Akelius Management is unresponsive. After you move into your apartment they are impossible to communicate with or get ahold of. The walls are paper thin and there's non-stop construction going on inside, outside and around the building. Incredibly noisy. I wouldn't recommend that anyone live here, it was a terrible experience. You also don't have any control over the heat in your apartment. In the middle of winter it gets so hot that we had to keep the windows open at all times.

DON'T LIVE HERE!!! Terrible apartments, overpriced and management sucks

Akelius management sucks. They're incredibly unhelpful and rude. Non-stop construction going on in and around the building for months on end making it impossible to work from home - and all of this is going on in the middle of a world-wide pandemic while many people don't have the option to go into an office. The construction workers are up and down the fire escapes all day long, taking personal phone calls, smoking cigarettes, playing music and yelling at one another. Don't live here, it was... the worst experience ever!!!!!!!
