Fantastic place to live/Awesome staff and community

I have lived at Madison Place in Southborough since March 2018. This complex is the best of the best and the staff provide incredible service and make me feel like family. I get numerous compliments of my 2-bedroom apartment by everyone who visits and I would absolutely recommend this community to family and friends. The apartments and grounds are very well taken care of and Madison Place is a fantastic place to live. Nancy B.

Fantastic!

Moved in July and Madison Place is phenomenal. Don’t look anyplace else, this complex is amazing! Staff is so helpful and feel like I am living in a hotel. No complaints and unusual from a perfectionist like me! I am in awe with the space, detailed architecture and dream location. Happier than ever and never thought I could replace my home. Many thanks and kudos to the developer. LM

It’s home!

We have lived in our 2 bedroom for a number of years and have been very happy. It is spacious and is a terrific location. We travel to Cape Cod and to Boston frequently and you couldn’t ask for a better location.
The Madison Place team is terrific to work with and they make everything easy. Everything is attended to immediately. It is a safe and private community. We very much enjoy living here.

Great Apartment...

I have been living at Madison Place Southborough for 2 years...Jen and the staff run a first class rental complex. The apartments are modern and clean and the maintenance department is excellent...It is in a very convenient location off of route 9...They have snow removal and clean up down to a science! Very happy living here.....Jeff D.
