Very thin walls and you can not play your tv or play music from a blue tooth hand held speaker without neighbors calling cops and reporting it to the landlord. Furthermore the landlord will not try to do simple remedies to decrease the travel of sound in his units. Pure Hell to be there going through an eviction due to travelling of normal volume sound at these very poor maintained units. I have seen people move in and out constantly. Lastly even if you ask to change units due to being in a... vacuum apt they ignore your requests and they do not do repairs or check for regular wear and tear of the apts.
