In general, a decent place to live but; the lack of building security, as well as poor maintenance, make it definitely overpriced for what you get! There used to be a decent gym, but amenities have been removed. Parking in the community is a nightmare.

Unless you love the smell of cigarettes, loud music @ 3m and trash wherever you look, I suggest you stay away from this place

The water bill is absurdly high. There's a problem with plumbing/water meter, the management never care to take care of the problem. They will keep overcharge you. If you are not ready to pay $100 water bill per month, don't live here!
For the current residents, make sure you monitor your water reading on Conservice. It has water reading for everyday, check the days you happen to be out of town, you will be surprised.
