Good experience so far. Friendly neighbors and helpful staff. The onboarding experience was a bit confusing with different information being shared by the portal and by staff but we eventually cleared everything up.

Very thin walls. You can hear all of your neighbors at all times of the day and night. For the price residents pay here, the construction could have definitely been planned more adequately

Living here at THE RIDGE/ BOZZUTO! This has been home to me for over 7 years now. I love living here. It is comfortable, people are nice. It has a lot here, pool Gym, Events at times. Also they have COBU with groups you can join to get to meet your neighbors. Go for walks, book club, & more. There is so much around here. Food shops right down the street, restaurants all over Waltham, Ma. I love Waltham, Ma. I raised my kids in Waltham. The Schools are great. I could go on with more, but yes... living here, is where I want to live. The Office Staff are nice, and there to help you with what you may need as well as the Maintenance!

Quiet, peaceful, community oriented. Lots of neighbors walking with their dogs around the neighborhood, they're all so cute. The pool is a plus in the summer, life guards were friendly & helpful. I have used the BBQ Grills in the pool area and had a nice mini-vacation day to relax without travelling.
