Modern but crowded
The apartment has a great many modern touches although it could use some updating. The complex was built in the late 1970's and some of the features are true to that time period. It does have front and rear balconies that give you a good amount of outdoor space if you don't want to head out to the common area. That does include a pool and basketball court though along with a lot of green space. There is a community center that is available for tenant use and the property abuts a brook that... attracts a lot of wild life. Overall, it's a nice place to live but there are 250 apartments so it can be a bit loud and crowded especially in the summer months.
