Large, sunny rooms.

Big sunny rooms, lots of storage space, balcony. Heat is part of tent but not always reliable. Shower water pressure only fair with many variations in temperature. I’ve had ants spiders and roaches. If maintenance has to let you in, they charge $75, will also charge for unnecessary repairs.
