YMCA on 33rd is very walkable with Dunkin Donuts
Waverly Post Office and Aardmore Vet within 2 blocks.

Lots of open park space within 1-2 blocks including Baltimore City College (go see a game and cheer on the Black Knights!) CHM Sculpture Park, and Stadium School
