We are close to our tenants and the owner and maintenance team try to get to know tenants. We respond quickly and our team lives in the neighborhood.
Location: One of the most central locations in the city
- Quiet wide tree lined street that dead ends at the end of the block
- This creates a block with low auto noise and very few random walkers.
- Walk to University of Maryland (UMB/UMAB)
- Walk to Inner Harbor and Orioles and Ravens Stadiums
