Roach and rat infested
Roaches and rats thats all you see..... roaches were everywhere and they didnt come out til after i had moved in, there was a rat in my sink and i called maintenance they never came.... my ceiling was leaking and they never fixed it never saw a exterminator which i was lied to when i called and they said one come out every week..... gunshots were heard outside my window..... didnt wanna cook in my kitchen smh never ever move here!!!

Bad for business
Someone was shot & killed right in front of my apartment door in my building. There was always a lot of noise all hours of the night. They were selling drugs out front of the building in which I knew none of these things until me & my family moved in & were there awhile. I caught 3 rats that's right rats coming in through my kitchen. All they did was put a sticky trap inside the hole & never came back to repair it. & eventually huge globe flies started entering my home through my intake vent for... my heat which I didn't use because it was summer time. They doubled on rent in the amount of two months which I paid. I called & told them that it was incorrect & they said it was nothing they could do. It's not safe for anbody. Please don't move here it's a death trap. Building C.
