Moving here was a transitional experience for us as we are soon to become new home owners in this area. Having the ability to experience and watch the overall development of this new community is an a lil bit of a rare unicorn one. We wanted to know what the "In-between" would feel like...meaning the luxury apartment/Gated community lifestyle experience and well...after visiting the property prior, Arbor Greenleigh seemed to offer just that in a Nut Shell. I remember when this area was ABOLUTELY... NOTHING years ago. A large plot of undeveloped mass of land with a whole lot of potential. Now, we get to watch it become something and some place beautiful, up close and personal. I believe whole heartedly it was the best & smartest choice we could have made. The best part of about the community is the DIVERSITY, like the great melting pot I'm from. Makes me feel like I'm back Home! I rated this 4 stars because, I want to believe there's always room for IMPROVEMENT!

Love it here. The staff is top notch. The only complaint if I had one, is the irresponsible dog owners who refuse to pick up after their dogs. But this is not the fault of management who send regular reminders.

I really enjoy living in this neighborhood—it’s quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and there’s a strong sense of community. It’s also in a super convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and everything I need. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to call home, and I’m happy to be part of it.
