Bug infestation and rodent problem. Maintenance is slow and unhelpful...they don’t want to pay to fix anything so they do it cheaply and poorly. Your BGE bill will be high because the walls are thin and there is no insulation. You can hear everything even your neighbor snoring upstairs. The amenities are not kept up.

Renter BEWARE!!!!
Im gonna make this simple and accurate. Shared ventilation so if a neighbor smokes (which usually does) your apartment will smell like an ash tray all the time. Had a cockroach and mouse problem 1 month in due to unclean neighbors and poor insulation. Management is near non existent. Walls are thin so yeah you can hear everyone. Overall horrible place to live and wouldn’t recommend to anyone except to an enemy. Still got a few more months till I can move out :(

Overpriced, Badly Built, Terribly Managed
There are better apartments within walking distance where you get more amenities included and more space. The only real difference is this place has a gate, but that rarely works so what's the point? The buildings have not been updated in over 10 years, and it shows. They are incredibly drafty which drives up your BGE bill and the walls/floors are paper thin so you will hear everything. I could actually hear my neighbors' normal voice conversations through the floor. You will also smell... everything your neighbors smoke (weed/cigarettes, etc) My whole apartment smelled like my downstairs neighbors' ash tray to the point I had to break the lease. Even though management was well aware of the problem, I still had to pay over $900 to release myself from this lease (they wanted over $1800 but "compromised") Seriously. Don't rent here. Unless your problems are routine fixes then neither leasing nor maintenance are capable of totally fixing it. Especially if Dawn is still the leasing manager
