Good for price
The walk from Hopkins is further than you’d expect so if that is your deciding factor, be mindful of that. Also with the pandemic I know many people were interested in this apartment because of the ability to terminate your lease in case classes are cancelled, but there is a catch the lease doesn't tell you: you have to find someone to relet the space before you can be released (you can't just pay termination fee and get out of it), which can be very hard to do since it is further from campus... and might not be everyone’s first choice. They also stopped offering short term leases this year and rent increases every year even for current residents. Management is nice and will address most issues immediately, building is very clean, we’ve never seen mice but we did find out there was a roach problem after moving in. It was solved after a couple terminator visits. There’s a study lounge, gym, and common area with a kitchen that you can use at anytime (during non-COVID times.) Rooms are big, there’s a lot of storage space, appliances are dated and some don’t work fully but if it is a major issue they will address and replace. Make sure to thoroughly check out apartment when you first move in because there are somethings that they don't clean or fix before you move in and you have to find them and notify manager so you don't get charged later. Had a decent time here!
