I have enjoyed my time at the Porter. However, there have been some issues ongoing like the locks on the entrance points not working (still) between the garage and the hallway. The service workers who come by my apartment are very quick. But for some of the hallway doors there have just been some issues with not locking, as well as the "Butterfly" app malfunctioning.
I have had trouble finding packages as well, but I think this is mainly due to the very high number of packages that people order... online nowadays, that it almost requires a warehouse for receiving these packages.
