Run far, far away!

The complex is very dated and the property management is a joke. Issues are typically swept under the rug, bandaged, or just completely ignored. Units are infested with roaches and mice. They do weekly pest control, however the pests just migrate to other units. Water leaks are just left to dry out, without a care if mold grows soon after. The maintenance staff are very short handed and are stretched very thin across various complexes ran by the property management company. They are also... incredibly difficult to get ahold of. They have no problem emailing statements and notices, but when you have a complaint, it just gets ignored. I would seriously recommend looking elsewhere for apartments that are better cared for and communicative staff are present on the property. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

In regard to pest concerns, we understand how disruptive they can be. That’s why we provide regular, professional pest control services by licensed providers at no cost to our residents. All it takes is a quick request through our portal or office, and we’ll schedule a treatment promptly. This service is part of our effort to stay proactive and responsive, and we’re actively working with our vendor to ensure treatments are as thorough and effective as possible.

We also recognize that staffing has been stretched at times, and we’re actively increasing support across our maintenance and management teams to better serve each property individually. Additionally, for any delays or significant inconveniences, we do offer rent credits as a way of showing our commitment to accountability and resident satisfaction.

Many residents continue to enjoy living at Maiden Choice Apartments because of our spacious floor plans, central location, and our dedication to making improvements where needed. We are always working to grow and enhance the community experience.
